The Institute's Board of Governors sets Institute policies and oversees ICI activities. Its current Chairman is Edward C. Bernard, Vice Chairman of T. Rowe Price Group.

Paul Schott Stevens has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute since June 2004.

Investment Company Institute is the national trade association for the investment company industry. We serve our members in the areas of federal and state legislation and regulation, taxation, pension, international issues, economic and market research, industry statistics, public information, fund operations, and investment adviser issues.
