Join IDC for Core Responsibilities of Fund Directors, an overview of the fundamentals of fund director oversight. Beginning this year, IDC is hosting this program as a standalone virtual session separate from the Fund Directors Conference. Please see registration details below. 

Core Responsibilities of Fund Directors will help you get up to speed on the key duties and responsibilities of fund directors and consider practices for fulfilling them.   

• Hear from expert panelists on director independence, board composition, and board governance practices.
• Learn about the board’s regulatory responsibilities, including oversight of investment advisory contract approval, valuation, and fund disclosure.
• Explore board oversight of other fund matters, such as investment performance and risk management.
