Foundations for Fund Directors®
Participants wereexpected to complete the online training before participating in the in-person session. The online course takes between one and two hours to complete.
The program began with lunch at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 25, and concluded after lunch at noon on September 26. The event took place at KPMG, located at Two Financial Center, 60 South Street, in Boston, Massachusetts. There was a dinner (included in the price of registration) on Wednesday evening.
Participants were able to register online or completed the registration form and returned it to the address noted on the registration form. Registrations werenot accepted by telephone.
Registration for this program was open only to directors of ICI member funds, and was designed for newer independent directors (those with up to three years’ experience). The number of participants in each session is limited.
Cancellations received by September 18 weresubject to a $500 administrative fee. Cancellations were not accepted by telephone. After September 18, no registration fees were able to be refunded.
Business casual was appropriate.
