Foundations for Fund Directors®
Participants were expected to complete the online training before participating in the in-person session. The online course takes one to two hours to complete.
The program began with lunch at 11:45 a.m. on Monday, March 2, and concluded after lunch at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3. The event took place at Western Asset Management Company, located at 385 East Colorado Boulevard, Pasadena, CA 91101. There was a dinner (included in the price of registration) on Monday evening.
Participants could register online. Registrations are not accepted by telephone.
Registration for this program was open only to directors of ICI member funds, and was designed for newer independent directors (those with up to three years’ experience). The number of participants in each session was limited.
Cancellations received by February 24 were subject to a $500 administrative fee. Cancellations are not accepted by telephone. After February 24, no registration fees were able to be refunded.
Business casual was appropriate.
Neither ICI nor IDC assumes liability for nonrefundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations, or additional costs incurred by registrants.
